This website has no forms, user accounts, traffic analytics or advertising cookies.

Like any website, the server that hosts it automatically logs technical data about visits (IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of access) to keep the site running and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and these logs are kept for a short time.

If you call or email us, we use your name, phone number, email address and message to reply and arrange an appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Patients’ medical data is processed at the clinic, separately from this website, as explained at the first visit.

The map on the contact page is provided by Google and only loads if you press “Show map”. Only then does your browser connect to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and may set cookies. Details: policies.google.com/privacy.

The reviews shown on this site are retrieved by us from Google. When you view the reviews page, the authors’ profile photos load from Google’s servers, which therefore receive your IP address.

Our website sets no cookies. The only possible cookies are Google Maps’, and only after you choose to load the map.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To exercise any of them, email us at office@holisticdentalclinic.eu.

If you believe your data is not processed correctly, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
